By familiarizing prefab technologies across segments in our operating markets, we have taken a leadership position in South India and want to extend this leadership across India by 2026. Product Development

EPC/Design Build Project Execution
We execute design-build and customized industrial and non-industrial real estate projects for our esteemed B2B and B2C clients with the unmatched expertise of our in-house dynamic team, ably backed by an expanded network of authorized installers/ associated architects/ technical associates and with administrative support from channel partners. We also provide after-sales-service leveraging the strength of our channel partners and technical associates.
Manufacturing And Supply
We are able to manufacture products of superior quality by utilizing our expertise in engineering design, efficient procurement of raw material, detailed shop drawings and custom fabrication / manufacturing of prefab components. Our products and solutions are supplied to large EPC builders / building contracting companies across India, adhering to stringent quality control norms.
Real Estate Solutions
In addition to Design-Build and Manufacturing and Supply programs, we bridge the gap between landowners, potential corporate end users and investors through Joint Development Programs and Property Management Programs spread across South India. We work with a network of landowners, with plot sizes ranging from 3 to 50 Acres, and corporate investors to build Grade A warehouses, Logistics Parks, Factories, Co-living spaces, Elderly Homes projects which will generate revenue for both the parties.
We finalize on the end user after conducting a financial feasibility study. We provide support across all the stages of the process including statutory approval support, pre-construction, marketing, construction, operations, and funding requirements if required through our network of investors. After-sales service will be provided by Steelion using channel partners and technical associates; administrative support will be provided by channel partners.
