The Arjuna Naturals corporate office is Kerala’s first building constructed using Steelion’s Hybrid Composite Technology (HCT)—a fusion of structural steel and precast concrete that delivers high performance, speed, and sustainability.

This architecturally complex, 50,000 sq. ft. office building was fully detailed and executed using offsite prefab methods. The structural system includes Steelion’s concrete-filled steel tube columns, concrete-filled and concrete-encased beams, prestressed hollow core slabs, hybrid braced core walls, and hybrid composite staircases—all engineered for rapid assembly and long-term durability.
